Bloomquist Arise is a collarette dahlia with a bright, pollinator-friendly presence and a very distinctive “ruffled collar” look. The blooms are about 3½ inches, showing a glowing pink to mid-pink outer petals with extra-ruffled, softer pink petaloids (the collar) around a golden center.
